Sell everywhere.
Let Invo be the seller.
On Merchant of Record, Invo is the seller of record for your card sales. We calculate, collect and remit sales tax and VAT, issue tax-compliant receipts and credit notes, and absorb fraud chargebacks. You keep building your title or platform. Same API, same webhooks, one account setting.
What Invo takes off your plate
Selling across borders means tax rules, receipts and fraud. On Merchant of Record, they are ours to handle.
Sales tax and VAT, handled
Invo calculates the tax on each card sale, collects it at checkout and remits it. Nothing to remit yourself on those sales, and no tax engine to wire up.
Tax-compliant receipts and credit notes
Every buyer gets a receipt issued by Invo as the seller, and refunds come with a matching credit note. Your customers get the paperwork they expect, without you building it.
Fraud chargebacks absorbed
When a stolen card is used on your title or platform, Invo covers the fraud chargeback. Non-fraud disputes, such as an item not received, remain yours, with the card network’s dispute fee passed on at cost and credited back if you win.
Fraud screening on every charge
Every card charge is screened before it goes through, at no extra fee, on both tiers. Cards from anywhere are accepted, with charges and payouts in USD.
Open or Merchant of Record
Two tiers, one platform. Open is where every account starts. Merchant of Record is there when you want Invo to carry the seller’s obligations.

Same API. Same webhooks. One setting.
The tier is an account setting. Your endpoints, SDKs and checkout stay exactly as they are.
The same signed webhooks, with automatic retries over 24 hours, a delivery log and replay.
Works across hosted checkout, saved cards, subscriptions and the Platform Commerce API, for games and platforms alike.
Test everything first in the free sandbox. Every sandbox account and title also exists in production.

The reserve, explained
Because Invo stands behind your sales as the seller, Merchant of Record keeps a rolling reserve on card-sale earnings. A share of recent card-sale earnings is held for a set period and released to you on a rolling basis. Everything else keeps flowing to your free scheduled payouts on the 1st and 16th.
The exact terms are in the Payout & Reserve Policy. See how payouts work on Payouts.
