Invo does not transfer items, skins, cosmetics, inventory, or in-game progression, only spending power expressed as premium currency. Acceptance rules, exchange ratios, and per-title spending controls are defined and enforced by each participating developer through the Developer Dashboard at console.invo.network. All in-game economies remain the property and responsibility of their respective game studios.

Identity verification (KYC) is performed where required by jurisdiction and tiered against transaction limits. Payment processing and the handling of payment-card data follow PCI-DSS aligned security standards. Platform availability is targeted at 99.9% uptime; actual availability may vary.

Same-title and cross-title transfer behaviour, UGC-marketplace listings, and acceptance rules are configurable by each participating developer and may differ from the defaults shown.
